[Tainan]保安路米糕Rice cake

Once I saw the TV program"食尚玩家" introducing local snack in Tainan.

Therefor,I asked to eat those restaurant...

The first step my boyfriend choce is 保安路米糕Rice cake!

It's really specially of it's collocation.

With the good-smell parsley(香菜) and braised pork(滷肉),make my mouth watering!

But the rice isn't the kind I like, the rice here tasted like plain white rice(白飯) with a little bit pork oil.

 I prefer the rice that taste more traditional one, which is like glutinous rice(油飯)

Nevertheless, their fish-skin soup(魚皮湯) is really excellent!

The first sight I saw the soup, I was really scared about this.

I'm afraid of the skin of fish with black, bright...It's really disgusted!

But I went for a try,It's amazing!

The fish was tasted and the skin wasn't sticky.

You can definitely eat both fish and skin obviously and the fish is really fresh.

But the custemor there is only a little,my boyfriend and I were surprised at this phenomenon.

Coz this shop is famous and the local celebrity,浩角翔起, make some Ad there.

while we finished the meal and went out of the shop,

we suddenly found that another famous shop is near this shop...

No matter there is only a few custemor here.XD
